PMA | THEORY
To become an all-round musician students need a range of interlocking skills – in performance, technique, notation, and listening and musical perception – as well as knowledge, understanding and creativity.
PMA offers customised music theory lessons supplementing all instruments. Several GCSE and A level students have enjoyed theory lessons focussing on the relevant areas required in their school or college exams.
Songwriters also benefit from a greater understanding of music theory - acquiring the skills within music theory can provide a student with skills to write and produce more effectively.
